Mental Health Workshop
Generally, Psychological stress is associated with negative life events such as experiencing traumatic relationships, family conflicts, social anxiety etc., resulting in mental illness and depression. In our mental health workshop in alliance with NCR, we addressed the factors that create the circumstances leading to mental stress and helped rejuvenate their work-life balance due to covid-19 disruption. Under Urja, we teach various income-earning skills and aim to provide vocational training to women with some education, as a part of a knowledge-based employment generation program.
