Mid Week Meditation (MWM)

MWM focuses on giving a peaceful lifestyle to the students to meet their requirements of day to day activities.
Through MWM, children are provided with Meditation sessions once in a week along with a handful of life skills teaching to perform well in their lives. MWM is a self-paced program and the techniques presented are in such a way that students of all the age groups can practice it.
Sessions in the program are conducted by the supportive community of meditation teachers, who work on all the aspects of our body and mind very minutely. These sessions are priceless and are conducted with a motive of developing the most powerful habits in the lives of these children.
