A Sattva Yoga session was organised at Ramagya Foundation, guided by a dedicated volunteer, Ms. Megha. The session focused on the importance of physical and mental well-being in a calm environment. She shared her own life experiences to help students understand how yoga and mindfulness can bring balance, relaxation, and inner peace.
The students actively participated and felt refreshed and relaxed by the end of the session. The interaction helped them learn simple ways to stay healthy, both mentally and physically, in their daily lives.
