At Ramagya Foundation, we value each child’s overall growth and acknowledge the connection between mental and physical health. Regular physical activity has been proved to lower stress levels, increasing memory, and concentration—all of which are critical for academic achievement.  We are providing children with the resources they need to succeed both inside and outside of the classroom by incorporating fitness into our curriculum. However, we are committed to maintaining good physical health for reasons other than improved academic achievement.
